Public Meetings
All public meeting locations are wheelchair accessible. Assistive Listening Devices are available for meetings held in City Hall Council Chambers.
Accommodation Requests
If a member of the public requires an Assistive Listening Device at a public meeting held outside of City Hall Council Chambers, or requires the accommodation of an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for any public meeting, they must contact the City Clerk at least one week in advance to make this request. This can be by email, phone, or in person at City Hall (25 Cottage Rd). If you require any other accommodation, please contact the City Clerk.
