City of South Portland 2024 Annual Report


Annual Department and Council Report

Each calendar year, the departments of the City submit their annual report to the Executive Office to be published and made available to the public. This also includes the report provided by the mayor.

ACFR (Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports)

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is the audited financial statements of the City. The statement is compiled from a review by a certified accounting firm utilizing Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements. 

Financial statements listed in the ACFR are also part of the annual report as required by 30-A M.R.S. § 2801.
